Sorgente Group operates with three holding companies, Sorgente Group Spa (Rome), Sorgente Group of America Corp. (New York), Sorgente Group International Holding Ltd (London), in the field of real estate investments and finance. The operative real estate companies, financial and real estate services companies are over 50 and are located in Italy, France, Switzerland, Great Britain, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, USA, and Brazil. As of December 31st 2012 the total real estate and financial revenues registered by the Group were in excess of € 107 million net ($ 141 million).

At the Group level, the total real estate assets owned by the funds and the underlying companies, together with the managed assets amounts to over € 4.3 billion ($ 5.75 billion).
