Goldfay Real Estate Plc is a UK registered company that operates in real estate and financial investments.

Michelangelo Real Estate Corporation Inc. Established in 2004 in New York, 80% of the company is held by the Michelangelo Two Fund and the remaining 20% by the Goldfay Real Estate Plc. It is the company that handles the Michelangelo Fund's real estate investment activities in the United States.

Sherry Park LLC is a company that owns a cohousingproperty on New York's 5th Avenue. The term cohousing is used to define residential structures comprising private residences and extensive covered and open areas designed for communal use and shared by cohousers.

THE FOUNDATIONS
Sorgente Group Foundation, founded in June 2008 as a non-profit is headquartered in New York and operates primarily in the United States of America: its objective is to support charity activities. During 2011 the Foundation set aside US$ 1 million in favor of humanitarian and social projects.
