Paolo Emilio Nistri
Honorary Chairman
Executive industrial manager, journalist and executive of a number of Italian industrial and trading companies. He is member of the Board of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Roma.

Vincenzo Pontolillo
Chairman
He began his professional activity in the management of the Bank of Italy in 1963, where he advanced to become Central Director for the Central Bank and Markets Division. He has been Board Member for important institutions like the European Investment Bank, the Bank for International Settlements, the Italian Foreign Exchange Office (Ufficio Italiano Cambi) and the Italian Banking Association (Associazione Bancaria Italiana). From 2000 to 2004 he participated in the meetings of the Governing Council of the European Central Bank as Accompanying Person to the Governor of the Bank of Italy. He has been Chairman of the Banca Fideuram and Banco di Napoli. Currently he is Chairman of Bonifiche Ferraresi, member of the Board of Directors of the Montetitoli S.p.A. and member of the Council of Assomine. Professor of Monetary Economics at the LUISS University in Rome, and author and co-author of books and many essays on the topic of the credit and financial system, financial intermediaries and monetary policy.

Valter Mainetti
Chief Executive Officer
Entrepreneur. From the mid 70s to 1999 he ran the group of companies controlled by his family. He has worked both in Italy and abroad and held various positions in finance, real estate and construction. In these companies he performed managerial roles both in real estate and financial transactions. Since 1987 he has lead the holding for the real estate sector, SAGEFIM PARTECIPAZIONI S.p.A. (now TIBERIADE - Servizi Finanziari S.p.A.). Since 1999 he has been responsible for real estate funds and served as the managing director of SGR SORGENTE Spa and SORGENTE GROUP Spa. He is also the chairman for the Sorgente Group Foundation, Institute for Art and Culture. He is a professor at the University of Parma, Faculty of Economics, for the Master’s degree in Finance and Risk Management and teaches courses in Real Estate Funds and Real Estate.

Lucio Nicastro
Board Member
At present he is an associate lawyer in the law firm "Caporale & Associati" in Rome. His competencies include commercial law and business contracts with particular regard to savings management companies and contracts concerning real estate sector.

Claudio Patalano
Board Member
He joined the Bank of Italy in 1972, where until 1992 he held top executive positions in particular with regard to the supervision of banking institutions. From 1992 to 1998 he held executive positions within Banca Nazionale del Lavoro. In 1998 he was appointed Official Receiver for the Sicilcassa bank. Currently he is founder and owner of a banking consulting firm.

Marco Sepe
Board Member
At present he is a notary in Rome. He began his professional career in the regulatory division of the Bank of Italy, participating in the preparation of the code of laws which regulates the banking and credit markets. In the past, he has been a lawyer of the Italian Foreign Exchange Office and from 1996 until 2006 he has covered the role of external consultant to the Treasury Department where he contributed to the preparation and the drafting of the code of laws which regulate the financial markets. He is professor at the Economics Department of the LUISS University in Rome and at the Departments of Law and Economics of the Tel.M.A. University in Rome. He has authored numerous publications and contributed to the Editorial Committees of multiple anthologies.

Massimiliano Maran
Board Member
His previous positions include Managing Director of Sorgente Group until 2009, Chief Director of Finance at Gruppo Banca di Roma/Capitalia, CEO of Cofiri Sim and until 2006 Managing Director of Vegagest Sgr. His expertise is particularly significant in those situations involving national and international ventures, especially with regards to the coordination of financial activities, including the real estate funds sector.

Alessandro Binello
Board Member
With over 10 years experience in private equity, he is Founder and CEO of Genesi Group, one of the major Italian groups active in the investment in small and medium size companies through the subsidiaries Quadrivio Sgr (of which he is President) and First Capital Spa (of which he is Vice President). The professional knowledge acquired in the securities market is of valuable application to the analysis of real estate related businesses.
