Sorgente SGR S.p.A, which received the authorization to operate in January 2001, is specialized in the creation and management of real estate investment funds. Through its Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Baglioni and Donatello funds, the company manages an authorized equity of over 1 billion euros.

Sorgente International Plc is a public limited company based in London. The mission of the company is to assist Sorgente SGR in its fundraising activities both in Italy and at international level and to provide expert information regarding the organization and the co-ordination of outsourced distribution activities. Since it was founded, the company has been concentrating on the analysis of the potential for attracting capital in countries with emerging economies, focussing its search on the financial markets of south-east Asia and taking into account the evolution of markets and financial regulations.

Aramaico Gestioni Spa carries out property and facility management activities for all the properties in the various funds' portfolios and stands out as the center of excellence for the management and the technical-commercial upgrading of the properties. It is directly involved in the operating processes of savings management whenever special expertise in the real estate sector is required (due diligence procedures, extraordinary maintenance assessments and surveyor reports, etc.).

Star Source Financial Services Inc. is a US registered limited company subject to American law in which Sorgente Holding has an 80% stake and Sorgente International a 20% stake. The New York based corporation was set up in 2004 and operates in the real estate asset management, advisory and brokerage sectors. In 2005 its main activities were in support of the business made by Michelangelo Real Estate Corporation Inc. in the area of Manhattan.

Michelangelo Real Estate Corporation Inc. This New York based corporation, was established in 2004. 80% of the company's stock is held by the Michelangelo Fund and the remaining 20% by Goldfay & Waltson Financial Ltd, a London based, UK registered company. It is the company which handles the Michelangelo Fund real estate investments in the USA.

Chrysler Building Properties LLC is 100% controlled by the Michelangelo Real Estate Corporation and holds the relative majority stock in the firm that manages the prestigious Chrysler Building in New York.

Michelangelo Flatiron Building Investment LLC is 100% controlled by the Michelangelo Real Estate Corporation. It holds the relative majority stock in the controlling syndicate that manages the prestigious Flatiron Building in New York.

Soho Green Street LLC is controlled by the Michelangelo Real Estate Corporation, which owns the building currently being renovated in Greene Street, Soho.

Musa Editrice S.r.l. is responsible for reinforcing corporate identity and promoting the Group image in the marketplace, in the press, with the authorities, subscribers and its partners. The company assists in the definition of the Group’s communication plan and oversees its implementation as well as managing the budget for advertising campaigns. Its activities also include publishing, graphics, promotions, television and audiovisual advertising as well as the creation and organization of internet sites and web servers.

Sherry Park LLC is a company that owns a cohousing building on New York’s 5th Avenue. The term cohousing is used to describe residential estates comprising private accommodation and extensive covered and open common areas shared by the cohousers.
