New York, January 26, 2009 - On January 16th 2009 Sorgente Group S.p.A. concluded negotiations formally acquiring majority interest in the company owner of one of the skyscrapers which are historical symbols of New York City, the Flatiron Building. Thanks to this acquisition, the Sorgente Group has exceeded 50% ownership of the Flatiron property, with further possibilities offering up to 75% ownership.
